This work is an adaptation of one of the Arabian Nights tales, The Tale of the Bull and the Ass. The aim of this adaptation is to add more value and more interesting twists to the plot. It is worth mentioning that this adaptation does not strictly follow the original text with regard to the plot sequence, the characters, and their roles in the story. While the central theme of the tale and the main characters of the story are retained, there is a new character borrowed from another Arabian Nights tale, the tattletale parrot, and there is a slight twist in the roles of the characters.in order to add additional themes and value to the story.
