The peace on the Florida canal ends when Anders decides to help the Governor, who has been set up for a major crime. Maria kills a pimp, and everyone wants to kill either Anders or Maria to stop them from helping the Governor. It was a mistake going after Anders’ family. They were warned, “They are like mad dogs, hurt one, and they will kill all of you.”
