And as we grow older, most of our health problems can be traced back to an unhealthy diet.

Greek villagers live their life in a way that focus on their lifestyle and their habits. The create healthy habits which in turn are taught to the later generations and become ingrained in their own life and in society in general. These lifestyle and eating habits come from knowledge of the Ancient Greeks had been passed down from generation to generation until their eating rituals and habits became part of the societal norm in modern Greece.
