Goodreads Giveways

I'm running my first eBook giveaway on Goodreads this month. Has anyone done that before? If so, do you have any hints about promoting it other than on my blog, twitter, facebook and Instagram?

 

Could you send out any kind of press release to any news sites or aggregators?

Any forums, like this one, that you can post on to let people know?

 

You could always try giving your book for free to a book review blog/site and then have them post something about the giveaway at the end of the review. You could also try finding Facebook groups that are related to your genre and let the admins know about it.

Seriously, feel freee to post the link to your giveaway. I know we have a few Goodreads users on here, so some of them will sign up. And if you want to suggest a Tweet, I'm sure Bookangel can send it out!

 

Yup, just like this one! I assumed that actions had already been taken on this site, but it's probably not a great idea for me to just assume those sorts of things.

I would definitely retweet anything you and/or Angel send out on social media.
