Never thought he had it in him: the guy hated for making welfare cuts quits because Osborne's cuts were excessive and helped out higher earners with the proceeds.

Well Osborne is still refusing to little to nothing about it, so we can see how much he cares.

And Cameron is off to Lanzerote to give himself a break.
