   The Cockayne Trust is offering funding for London-based artists, including literature. The requirements are strict, so please check carefully before applying. Deadline is 7th January 2016, and its a top-up grant so you must have some funding towards the project already.
   
   £1,000 - £25,000 with a focus on young artists. Digital art not funded.

   It seems a bit strange. There are so many grants for writers to write books, but none for ways to help the books reach readers.
