I thought this might be less traumatic than the Darwin Award thread, so what Professional Darwin career killers have you run into?

We had someone email the entire office with his opinion of the head of department's new girlfriend and what he would like to do with her, along with the snaps he'd been taking, during his probabtionary period. The office door was shut, but we could still hear parts of the HR/Department Head/ miserable sinner's discussion quite clearly. After the end of the week there was a new person working there.

We've just let go of a guy who decided to get a little bonus at work. He loaded a bitcoin miner onto his work PC without permission, and pointed it at his wallet. Bad enough, but he got ambitious and tried to put it on the remote servers.

Real Darwinism? It's an IT security firm. Did he really think he wouldn't get caught?
