I'm feeling a little discouraged to read this particular book after reading your review, and I think that I'll give this one a skip. There is nothing I hate more than a heroine who leaves me feeling like I want to slap some sense into her at any point in the book.

I have to agree with you on that one. After reading the review I also feel like this book is going to be disappointing in more ways than one.

One reason I rarely review books is my inability to read something that either annoys, or fails to captivate me within a few pages. Still, there's one positive point to consider - some people in real life are like this girl, so by breaking the mould the author is being quite brave.
