Windows PrintSpooler Critical Issue

    Looks like Microsoft has another Day Zero Critical bug that will allow users remote access to your machine and allow them to do what ever they like to it.

    Apparently it exists in all forms of Windows, although they only mention as far back as Win 7.

    There are some quick remedial steps to fix it detailed here using regedit.

    I would not be surprised if there is more going on under the hood than meets the eye, but the steps will let you know if you are affected or not.

    Curious about this one, because the machines I've looked at, don't have any of those settings.

    This is going to be one of those highly specialised bugs, isn't it?
