So, I tried to login to my account.
    • Got asked for a captcha, which is fair enough.
    • Could hardly read it, which is annoying, but happens
    • Clicked for the audio captcha
    • THEY DONT HAVE ONE.
If you can't read the captcha, you have to go through Amazon customer services to reset your password, which takes up to 24 hours, and if you do reset your password? It's back to the blasted screen with the captcha and no audio option.

    Twits.

That sounds incredibly impractical. So if you do reset your password, you are stil unable to complete the captcha and then have to reset your password again... Oh dear.

I would have expected Amazon to harvest the data and use it to upsell audiobooks for those people who use the audio captcha.

Trouble with your sight...try our new audiobooks...listen to the dulcet tones of X read the latest chapter of Y and stop yourself missing out on any new great books that might come your way.
