Having fun heckling the MPs, 'cos I'm having fun watching.

I am beginning to wish Peter Kyle was my MP. I'm not sure where mine is right now.

    Standing [expletive] ovation.

Except the middle classes couldn't afford it.

And then it turned into a sales pitch for a company in his constituency.

Now David Morris seems sensible, but how about less talking to bodies and more to the actual businesses?

Focus on micro business, but 4-5 people is an SME not a micro.

I don't want assurances. I want an SLA with penalties if it does become quarterly returns!

Just cos they've got broadband doesn't mean everyone does.

I had my first computer in 1982. If he got one in 1995, he really was behind the times.

If he has a hairdresser who comes to his house, then he is better off than any SME that I know.

Well, that was a waste of time. A pre-written response, and none of the questions answered. Bout what we expect of this govt. Hope ours can do better.

So are they going ahead with it? And have they said what the upper limit size on those businesses are to avoid it.

And is that going to be in terms of employees or turnover?

I can't believe this is happening. I was going to start writing this year, but I can't afford an accountant four times a year, and I'll never learn the tax code on my own.

I don't understand. The front page of the paper was saying that Google and Amazon were getting hundreds of millions in tax breaks, and their hunting small businesses for six million?

So government goes ahead with policy designed to screw over the little people while protecting their big business friends.

    Business as usual then. :(

While I am not happy about the news, I have to ask how you got that tweet embedded.

Yeah, curious minds would like to know.

Reply normally shows what causes it, but nothing's there. C'mon what gives.
