The first part of this book is best used as an introduction to the Tennis game and how to play it properly. Basically I introduce the scoring system, backhand,forehand,serving and what makes up a tennis court (Lines and the area of a Tennis court). The second part of this book goes into the top 5 strategies I’ve discovered and how you can use them to improve your Tennis game. Whether that just be during practice or during the actual match. If you apply what you learn here I can almost guarantee your improve. Its OK reading what’s here and agreeing with it, just like any other practical book, but without the action and application of what you’ve learnt then its pointless. That is the point of this book and what I hope you do with the information you learn here.
As well as the top strategies you’ll learn here more information is provided on what you can do to warm up during a practice session, or before a match. Basically a section of this book is diverted to practice games and group warm up sessions. This is mainly for social Tennis and group games if that’s what your interested in, but it also applies to single matches and doubles. Now I’ve ordered these strategies in the order of importance I believe they go under. But that is just my opinion you may have a different order or in fact feel there are better strategies out there. If that is you then that’s OK not everybody is going to agree on everything, there isn’t one way to it.
