I’ve read a lot of “how not to lose sleep” books for babies recently and I find this one to be my favourite. It really gives fast and easy results for me to get a good night’s sleep. But hey, not every baby is the same. They’re UNIQUE! this is only one of the tips you can find in the book that helps you understand your baby more.
