All You Need To Know About Acne
Acne Vulgaris (yes that really is the medical term for acne!) is nothing but a skin condition where pimples erupt on your skin, especially on the face. Acne eruptions occur mainly because of either an inflammation or an infection in the sebaceous (oil) glands and at hair bases. Acne eruptions generally start occurring once you reach puberty. Hormonal imbalance in the body can also cause acne outbursts. Both males and females can have acne problems.
Even if you take really good care of your skin, you can still be troubled with acne eruptions. They have a habit of occurring at the worst possible time- on your wedding or prom day, right before you are going for your first date, the day before your interview at the firm where you have always dreamt of working, to name a few.
There are many different types of acnes. The most common of them which ails people are whiteheads and blackheads. In this book I have divided the recipes into three parts- first part is on how to cure whiteheads, second is on how to cure blackheads and third is on how to cure pesky pimples.
