This book was designed to help people cure their anxiety and get to the root of their worries. As an avid worrier myself, I developed steps to control, and eventually eliminate my anxiety. I hope this book helps individuals conquer their anxiety. Anxiety is the word that is used to describe feelings of worry, fear, and nervousness. It encompasses both physical and emotional sensations that we experience whenever we feel nervous or worried about something. While anxiety is a rather hostile sensation, it is related to our innate ‘fight or flight’ response – our biological reaction to feeling threatened, vulnerable, and scared.
