***** After I purchased this book I noticed a review that mentioned how short the actual book was. True that. It’s about 35 pages including the covers and the index … HOWEVER, this book is an excellent little package full of useful knowledge. Each page or so contains instructions for one move, jump, climb, etc. along with hand drawn illustration(s). This is the information you would get if your friend who does parkour took you to the park to teach you the basics. It’s straight forward with no flowery extras. I would recommend this book to anyone who wants to start free running but doesn’t have anyone to teach them. It’s good, solid basics. Thank you. – Andrew Hubbard.
