Boiled down, the idea is about a few individuals who can walk through mirrors. Despite all the other times an author has toyed with this idea, I seriously doubt it’s ever been done this well. “Crossing over,” or walking through mirrors, has the same feel to it that the movie Inception did, meaning that the premise itself was spooky, well-fleshed out, and as scientific as such an idea can be.
But what absolutely petrified me (in that delicious way that all readers secretly crave) is that everything that can go wrong does.
Add to that a sizzling romance and some seriously awesome (and awesomely scary) characters, and you have yourself a YA thriller that will keep you up reading at night.
