13 year-old Yoav is a Channel Jumper, an artistic officer that goes into the television realm and keeps the balance between the animation nations that all human beings watch for entertainment at the theaters, television, etc. These include Anime, 3-D, Stop Motion, Cut out Animation, Paint on Glass, Old-Tymer, and the favorite chosen style Cartoons.
Yoav was just a low ranking officer that brought back escaped animation styles, until he was brought onto a case that dealt with the Old-Tymer’s. The Old-Tymer’s were a stick man and stick woman style, since their style is so low grade the Old-Tymer’s think that is why they are an oppressed style. Day after day they are murdered on the streets by cartoon television officers, they have no territory of their own.
While on this case Yoav and his new peacekeeping partner, Princess, find out why all these things happens to the Old-Tymer’s. The worst thing that could happen to any people, to any race, to any style; has occurred to the Old-Tymer’s. What Yoav and Princess find out could lead them and their friends to their own televised deaths.
