Contemplative Gaze: The Inner Journey to Self-Actualization is a book about tuning into how you truly feel and creating action from that feeling. It’s about living a life that has soul; a life that reflects who you are. It’s about self-work and personal growth, about the tough things that teach us about ourselves and how to use them to get to where you want to be. Contemplative Gaze is also a personal story about struggling and feeling lost; about not knowing what to do or how to change your life. In the book, I share with you how I overcame those obstacles – and how you can do it too.
Contemplative Gaze is a book that helps you listen to yourself, find your own voice and start creating your life from the inside out. This book is a path to the deepest levels of yourself to find your own answers to your questions and, as a result, it gives you the opportunity to create a positive change in your life.
I’m here to share with you how I helped myself and give you some insight about how you can do the same. Contemplative Gaze is not a recipe or a prescription for happiness, joy, meaning or love. It’s not a 12 step program. There’s nothing wrong with those things, but this is not that kind of book. This is a hands-on, self-work, taking responsability and preforming action type of book.
It’s not on me to change your life: it’s on you. It’s your life. And only you know what you want and what you need. What I’d like to do with this book is help you ask the right questions and find your own answers to them so that you could live a more meaningful life, a life full of soul that reflects who you are.
