Darsha Patel is single, has just lost her job and is turning thirty. What’s more, she seems to be surrounded by people who like to point out just how much of a disaster her life has become.
Darsha, however, is not one to be defeated by such a trifling thing as unemployment, and she sees her downturn in fortune as an opportunity to set up her own business and determine her own future. And things are not so bad on the man front either. She has not one but two men vying for her affections: the rich and very eligible Vishal Mistry, who her parents absolutely adore, and the handsome Michael Morland who turns out to be alright, despite being the cause of her unemployment.
But there are some people who do not want to see Darsha succeed either in business or in love. She is betrayed by someone very close to her, and can only watch as her business reputation and love life crumble before her.
It is then that Darsha discovers just how tough she can be – and also which of her friends she can truly trust. With the help of her true friends and her own determination, can she uncover the culprit responsible for her downfall and, more importantly, get both her business and love life back in order?
