When you are eating a healthy diet, you can still have some of the foods you love. You just have to reduce the serving size and the frequency.
Foods that are high in sugar and high in bad carbs can result in a cycle that is hard to break. You eat them, and your brain releases chemicals that improve your mood. Therefore, you feel satisfied, but you really haven’t given your body what it needs for fuel.
