Every woman should read this book. The author offers you a frank and brave insight into her personal life journey from chaos to serenity and shows you the role meditation played in her recovery.
A very open book. Will inspire you to consider meditation and make it part of your daily self-love practice.I would definitely recommend this book to anyone who wants to reduce stress.
Don’t be fooled by ‘Moms’ in the title. The information is equally relevant to dads and singles with no children.
I love the personal way in which this book is written, the sharing of very personal stories and experiences make for an incredible read.
This book is well written and super helpful. The author’s personal stories and writing style are very inspirational.
