False Flag
A conspiracy thriller by Jay Tinsiano
Frank Bowen decides to change his life and travel to Goa where he meets the seemingly friendly Theo and the woman of his dreams, Maria.
In Bangkok, he is pointed in the direction of Theo’s friend – Richard – an English ex-pat with dubious connections and knowledge of the seedier side of the city. Richard gains his trust and Frank decides to take up a proposition—to take part in an anti-terrorist drill in Hong Kong.
That drill soon turns into a nightmare.
Plenty of twists and turns in this first, high-octane, conspiracy thriller Short Novel, from Jay Tinsiano.

Excerpt:
The sleek black W126 S-Class Mercedes, with tinted windows, travelled north alongside the Temple of Earth Gardens in the northern section of Beijing where, years before, Zhang had regularly visited with his parents, running along the tree lined paths that cut through beautiful gardens. The paths converged on the central alter, Fang Ze Tan, where Emperors of the Ming – and later Qing – had made sacrifices to appease the gods to help the nation.
It had been so long since he had visited any of the Temples, the others being the Temple of the Sun and the Temple of the Moon, which had all played an important part in the city’s history. The man sitting in the back of the car promised himself he would take the family there soon, or perhaps take a walk alone later that afternoon, if he had time, if only to offer credence to the sacrifices he himself was about to offer the nation.
