But how he?s handicapped with the factory near his farmland trying to occupy his land. Carter brought an evolution to his thought from a self-absorbed filmmaker to a man seeking for redemption through an equity. Both Turner and Carter?s character speaks to the power of empathy and the importance of taking responsibility for our activities.
The book provides some complex narration of human relationships with the impact of modernization on rural lives. A moral dilemma comes in readers mind when facing the plot question regarding a collide between these two worlds. The question of justice, fairness and the true price of struggle.
