For years, I was unsure of the true meaning of inner peace. This was a term that I had heard before but never knew how to put it into practice. It was when a friend insisted that I join her for a class of Yoga and Meditation that I had the “Aha!” moment. Here was a method that was simple, unrestricted and above all, effective.

Since then, I explored various kinds of meditation such as Heart Rhythm meditation, Kundalini meditation, mindfulness meditation, Qi Gong and Zazen extensively. I practiced in the presence of gurus and teachers who had truly mastered these techniques and were able to share the small nuances as well.

I believe that everyone should at least be introduced to meditation as a beautiful practice. This is one of the reasons why I began to write books on health and healing through meditation. The response that I received from the readers was overwhelming. Some made life changing discoveries about themselves while others experienced order in the chaotic lives that they led for the first time.

I am convinced that the more people take to meditation, irrespective of the technique, the positivity that will be dispersed into the universe is tremendous.
