As a child, I had trouble falling asleep. The bedtime stories I came across had some frightening plots or were packed with scenes that kept me too interested and awake.
That’s why I’ve decided to make a children’s book that is soothing and calming yet engaging. I was inspired by relaxation techniques such as guided meditation, asmr, deep breathing exercises, visualization, color filters (digital version) and mindfulness and put them all together in this book.
