Two pals embark on an entrepreneurial adventure in a desolated town far from civilization. They soon encounter unexplained behavior in the local inhabitants. Blinded by their eagerness to pursue their dreams, the pair invite their friends along to begin the cleaning and renovations of an old home within which they plan to start and operate a hostel. The situation quickly escalates into terror as the group battles to stay alive and escape the fury in which they have become embroiled.
