This book is a manifestation of what I have learned during my studies in the school of Physical Education; all the courses I’ve taken, books and articles that I have read, and from my personal experience training numerous clients.
The book is in form of advice and tips at the beginning. After that it focuses on lower back postural problems that we get from our sitting nature and bad movement patterns.
Then it goes on to fixing the problems using well-displayed, appropriate exercises and stretches.
After that there is a list of common and often used exercises and stretches that are not such a good idea (according to scientific research). It ends with recommendations and further advice.
