Tomorrow Never Comes Because When It Arrives, It Becomes NOW

“If someone comes along and shoots an arrow into your heart, it’s fruitless to stand there and yell at the person. It would be much better to turn your attention to the fact that there’s an arrow in your heart…” ― Pema Chödrön

How easy it is to get distracted with everything that is begging for our attention at any moment. We rush to check our emails first thing in the morning, and continue doing so a dozen times throughout the day, reacting to stimuli in our environment. It causes stress, grey hair, conflict within the household, divorce, among other things – but we must peddle forward and resist settling for anything less than our potential. Losing the moment has become an epidemic and it is time that we re-center ourselves by re-establishing the connection that we hold so dearly to us: the connection to our essence, the connection to the ever-present.

Living in anxiety is a hallucination about the future and living with guilt and disappointment rests in figments of the past. It is beneficial to use the past to create empowering change in our lives and to set goals and plan for a brighter future. But what we must realize is that the steps that are made by anticipation and reflection lie in what we choose to do at this moment. We can do something differently from mistakes we have made in the past to strengthen our current intimate relationship or we can carry on with the belief that we will never be able to find true love. Everything begins with us.

Let’s Declare That This Moment Is The Gift That Life Always Offers

This book will take you on a journey into what it means to be mindful and effective ways to become more mindful on a regular basis. This book will introduce strategies that will help you, especially when your environment seems to be calling for your attention from every corner.

Here Is A Dose Of What You’ll Receive Inside…

Chapter 1: What is Mindfulness?

For a beginner, it makes sense that one is first given the basics to Mindfulness, exploring the gift of presence, so that we have the knowledge to bring it into existence

Chapter 2: The Revitalizing Benefits of Mindfulness

It may seem obvious that presence presents an array of benefits as it can be a great stress reduce, but to what extent does Mindfulness positively influence lives? This chapter will deeply explore the changes you can expect with practice

Chapter 3: Mindfulness Meditation

”Mindfulness meditation is not complicated, but it should be practiced carefully. By no means should you just do the techniques you will learn automatically, as if they were part of a routine program that you engage in out of obligation.” It would seem that meditation and Mindfulness go hand-in-hand and, though there are an abundance of effective meditations out there, this chapter will walk you a very effective technique that only takes 10 minutes. Eventually, you will be able to elongate the duration, but it is important to start small and then expand. You can be comfortable and confident knowing that this meditation takes your hand through the whole experience

Chapter 4: The Mindfulness Experience

As mentioned previously, there are so many meditations out there and some may resonate better with you, but they key to gaining the benefits exposed in Chapter 2 is to maintain a consistent practice. The Mindfulness Experience will be a week-long meditation program that focuses on a different effective and very simple technique to use for 7 consecutive days.
