Wow, what an enjoyable read, really. I can only say this because I am not going into navy boot camp. I actually stumbled across this Kindle book when I was looking for a strength training book. This book is very well written and the author certainly knows what he is talking about. You won’t be disappointing in this book, by far one of the better Kindle books I’ve read from this particular publisher.
