Isn’t it time to stop the madness of today’s civilization?

New research is emerging that man may have lived and thrived for far longer than we have been told, hundreds of millions of years (yes that long) on a very simplistic diet of mostly proteins and other simple foods like dense greens, tubers, nuts, berries and fruit.

Primitive man also would sometimes go days on little or no food.

As it turns out this is extremely healthy for you as intermittent fasting perfectly matches the hunter gather lifestyle and works to keep you in extreme health. How do I know this?
Primitive man was physically shaped like an Olympic god; with rippling muscles and bodies capable of physical feats that would shame most professional athletes today and cripple most humans in the attempt.
Primitive man was as much as 3 times stronger than, and twice as fast as, our modern counterparts today. Primitive man could run for hours, sometimes for days on hunting parties.

Hunting parties could now stand back great distances and reign down deadly fire to herds of game. Even so, It was not uncommon for tribes to go several days before a large calorie kill took place. Yet these hunters did thrive and their mark is felt on our bodies even today.

It was this hunter / gatherer lifestyle that we as a species were able to not only survive but thrive.
We had optimum health and top physical capabilities that would make most people today competing in the Olympics pale in comparison. Modern man was a lean, mean fighting and hunting machine. Because of this lifestyle, pre-cursers of this survival capacity transmitted to our genetics and are imprinted in our bodies and are expressed in blood types and what our tolerance is for specific kinds of foods are today. Still most people are clueless to this knowledge.

Yes you really are what you eat, especially if you eat the foods that match your genetic imprints. By contrast modern man is sickly, overfed by a huge factor, mostly on highly toxic foods that no “caveman” would ever have eaten. Nor should you do so either.
