Goran is a successful businessman, but those words hold no meaning for a person who has lost his own identity. Suffering amnesia after a car accident, he is faced with a reality he no longer recognises that includes a wife who is difficult to love and a two-faced business partner. Then the visions start appearing, incomprehensible and devastating. Situations and moments emerge from what appears to be another place and time and – above all – another man.
Giving up any hope of returning to this normal life before the accident, Goran decides to find out what is happening to him. Following the clues in his visions of ice and struggle for survival, he leaves everything behind and heads north, towards Scandinavia; but he’s not alone, because his past is not ready to let him go yet, for better or for worse. When he meets Nicky, a little girl who’s run away from home, his search takes a new turn, but there is no easy way out of Goran’s estrangement. He will have to face his enemy and risk everything, for an outcome beyond imagination.
Searching for Goran is a great book that grips you, and carries you where you would not choose to go. The storyline is compelling, forcing you to keep reading. It is well written, and flows easily. The characters are engaging and draw you in.

It is rare that a book can lead me to tears or smiles, but this author has managed to make me suffer as few other (great) authors have been able to.

Once you start reading this book you won’t be able to put it down and, above all, it will be hard to determine where you end and the adventures of the characters begin.
