Arthritis is plagued by uncertainty of its cause, origin and cure. In spite of serious discussions and experiments no sure cure for the disease has been found.
This book is my genuine effort to reveal to the millions of Arthritis sufferers a simple tested and tried self-help program that works. It is primarily based on a combination of healthy diet and yoga/meditation exercises. The aim is to reduce the level of suffering, making the disease manageable and awaken the innate power of healing within us. Yoga treats Arthritis not simply as a disease, but as a condition symptomatic of a metabolic and energy imbalance. Good health is our birthright. This knowledge jolted me to the reality when I was riddled with chronic Arthritic disabilities and severe depression. I engaged a yoga teacher, who taught me yoga postures, breathing exercises and mindful meditation. That changed my attitude towards life and now I am happily living on Yoga diet.
I strongly believe if I, in my sixties, have been able to overcome all the pain and the suffering you too can do it. What it takes is only a healthy change in your lifestyle.
