A children’s illustrated rhyming story about the fantastic mutual relationship between two species and how they are entirely dependent on each other – obligate mutialism. Inspired by a five year old boy who took great pride in explaining to me what a digraph was. Taught to him by his grandma, he was thrilled each time he could explain something clever. I hope some find it fun to explain this peculiar natural science story to others. Includes a couple of additional poems “A bunch of idioms” and “Why insects are small”.
