As humanity evolved, the vast expanse of space was terraformed by immortal humans known as The Elders. They created civilizations, hiding themselves behind a field of anti-matter known as the Void.
The Alliance of Free Worlds was formed to rid the universe of the Elder tyranny and restore freedom to the enslaved worlds.
The hacker Lockpick gathers a band of unlikely heroes to find a secret weapon that could be used to destroy the Elders and end their tyrannical reign.
Lockpick hacks the mind of the unlikely hero Erik Foreman, and together with a band of rag tag adventurers they set out to uncover the ancient weapon, The Star Lance.
Yet the Elders are enlightened as to the plans of Lockpick, and do all within their power to stop Lockpick from finding the ancient Star Lance.
This culminates in a Great War between the Alliance of Free Worlds, the resistance, versus the full might of the Elder’s forces.
A catastrophic battle erupts, a battle that will determine the future of humanity…
