You have probably heard of the Third Eye Chakra but have never really understood what it is. When you see contemplative monks on the Tibetan hills outside of temples, this is the enlightenment that they seek. They call it Nirvana, which is a place where all things become crystal clear. To Hindus, it is very much the same though thought of in slightly different terms as opening the Third Eye Chakra.
