Trauma, we all have some right? Whether it was childhood, teenage years, and or adult hood, we’ve all come across some sort of trauma big or small. But how do you cope with it? How do you move past what might’ve mentally and or physically damaged you? For some they tend to lash out, some may seek therapy, and some may substitute it with addiction. But how do you actually get to the point where you can honestly say I’ve dealt with it, released it, and am now healed from it?.
