Santa’s Plump Tummy and Clever Lucy the Cat

...A simple Christmas tale for children....

Between one Christmas and the next, Santa had spent more time eating yummy treats and not exercising. Despite the larger size of his tummy, Santa still wants to deliver the presents. But it catches up with him, when he gets stuck in a chimney. He’s lucky that Lucy the cat is around, who comes up with a clever way to get Santa free.

This is a short Children’s Christmas tale, easy to read and with a strong message for them to take away. The format of the book is quite striking. It is in full colour and split between panels of text and some very pretty pictures illustrating the story. The text is quite large and bold to make it easy to see and understand. The story is quite simple and easy to follow for children of all ages, although this is aimed at the younger audience.

Overall, this is a great book for parents looking for a Christmas book for their children who should enjoy both the bright pictures and the story.
