This is a very short read indeed. It is an essay covering the events of the Cuban Missile Crisis.
Regrettably it lacks depth and the writing style is rather flat. It reads rather like a school essay, instead of a book. There are footnotes throughout (e.g. “Crisis 33”) but they don’t link to anything or show source material. Instead of exploring all sides of the argument, it takes the view that Kennedy saved the world during the Cuban Missile Crisis and neglects to mention the presence of sane heads on both sides.
Free or not, if you want ten detailed pages on the Cuban Missile Crisis, I’d suggest visiting wikipedia instead of this. It was a fairly shallow read, not particularly easy to follow, and there are better sources out there.
