Philosophical fiction tale in which the protagonist of Merleau-Ponty because of their work travels through the virtual worlds, and so immersed in them that it is no longer needed his real life. So it seems at first glance.
In fact, using the tools inherent in the genre of science fiction, the author reveals his attitude to the whimsical reality.
Tale “Endless Night sand” established writer and artist Andrew Raputo at the junction of different literary styles as prose post-postmodern and classic Japanese zuihitsu (a genre of ancient Japanese literature, which is based on a kind of “literary impressionism”), and in fact is a unique phenomenon, it may be called conditionally “literary painting”, whose impact on the reader is not limited to the transmission of information laid down in the text. On the contrary, the information component represents only the tip of the iceberg, or, to put it more precisely – “Trojan horse”, inside which is found a great variety of images and ideas (in the Platonic sense of the word), not related at first glance, the main plot of the story. In fact, before we begin to unfold at remarkable fine workmanship and beauty of multi-dimensional fabric of the metatext, in which each of the fragments takes its well-defined place, unmistakably woven into the overall pattern. The book also features paintings of author Andrew Raputo and written in Russian language
