We have slowly evolved over 2.6 million years of evolution our genome and DNA have predisposed us to live and eat a certain way. Our genome is the entirety of our hereditary information.
Over the last short period of the agricultural revolution about 10,000 years ago saw the introduction of farming animals, grain and wheat. Over the past 50 years of GMO we have seen a rapid MAJOR decline in our health, through our diet. Yes regular food is making us all ill, and in some cases killing us. Something has to change. I suffered and am sensitive to most, if not all processed foods especially diary, sugar, wheat and grain. I actually feel severe pain and suffer inflammation in my stomach if I eat anything of the above or heavily processed food.
