As a mother and grandmother, I have found my family never turns down a good health pasta dish. I have decided to dedicate this mini book to share my collection of my family favorite dishes that even a finicky 5 year will enjoy, and ask for more. My grand children are three and five years old who love all kinds of noodles topped or mixed with the healthy ingredients that they need as a foundation to healthy living. You are what you eat and to some extent, this is a true saying, children do need to have to right nutrition for brain and body development also in some cases will prevent adult health problems like diabetes and obesity with the proper diet in the early years. Even as adults, we also need to fuel our bodies with the right nutrition to maintain our health and to help our immune systems fight off colds, viruses and maintain muscle and a healthy weight. Well this is not a health book but it is important to blend your diet with nutrition and also satisfying our cravings, and keeping our meal times healthy, nutritious and interesting for our kids. When or diet is nutritious. Junk food is ok on occasion like visits to fast food restaurants. Play day at a theme park. Party’s etc. Remember to keep it interesting for your kids. Our Kids need burger fries and candy some times. Be in the routine of a healthy meal every weeknight, and it will make a difference, and also spending family time together is priceless.
