They have magic. Strange magic like nothing I ever imagined. They can make stone come to life. I know it sounds crazy, but I’ve seen it. I don’t know how it works, but the old man is willing to teach me.
There’s a problem though. Someone’s been killing the wizards, except they don’t call themselves wizards. They are Shapers, and the old man is one of the last ones. If I join him, I could be the next target on an insane serial killer’s list.
It’s my best chance to find a way home. Maybe my only chance.
