Ulterior unemployment in the United States continuously rises at an alarming rate. Even President Barack Obama admits that the country needs continuous assistance. He said that he stimulated the economy by providing bail out money to the banks and within two years and spent more than one trillion because of the recent recession. I am not alone when I say the vicissitudes the United States of America exemplifies a new great depression. Something must be done because American fanatics produce chaos in our society and law is needed so the United States of America doesn’t become dilapidated. We must restore our nation with a tutelary capacity so that we can be at our acme and have a plethora of jobs and maintain order of law so I present this ultimatum to the people of the United States of America which hopefully becomes a unanimity for all Americans.
