Citizenship it is the reaction between man, the citizen and the homeland to which he belongs and in which he lives. It is a relation of reaction as it arranges for both sides their rights and duties. So for the rising of citizenship, the citizen’s devotion and belongingness must be totally to his homeland, he must also respect his identity, believe in it, belong to it and support it by all the aspects of its identity such as the consonants to the language, the history, the values and general morals, and the land which represents the container of the identity and the citizens.
