The Zoo That Saved Me continues the story of Melody’s Zoo and all the loveable and not so lovable people who take care of it. Mr. Pum is still adding animals, the Tritown sheriffs are still trying to keep everyone safe, Ruckus and the dogs of the Bark are still on duty, and someone finds it necessary to kill the owner of the paint factory. If you enjoy a good mystery, animals, small towns and cozy romance, you will love book three of the series.

Other readers are saying about this series of mysteries:
” Melody Pum’s days were numbered.. Her father, a successful potato farmer built her a small petting zoo to help her as her life ends from juvenile leukemia.. After she is gone, her father and his other children develop the zoo into a gift for the Tri-Town area as the senior Pums decide to turn over the very successful family potato business to the next generation and plan to travel while they can.

The zoo starts to flourish even though a strange group of incidents begin to happen. What is going on? Is someone sabotaging the Zoo on purpose? And why!?

Brad and the Tri-Town sheriffs keep trying to figure it out. They just can’t be targeting people. And when the “victims” are found to be connected to the local university, it really becomes a a mystery that will keep you guessing to the end. Know for really well written stories with intelligent characters, J Traveler Pelton has given us one more brick surrounding the Tri-Towns and shows us how working together helps us all. Highly recommended 5/5″

“Thoroughly enjoyed reading this book about a zoo, business concepts, and murder mysteries! I love the part where the family members are each assigned their our laptop along with their our business venture, even mom! As a stay at home mom, I would love to handle her side of it. I had to look up a few zoo terms to fully grasp the storyline, which is a great way to make a new discovery. The murder mystery had me on the edge of my seat. I couldn’t wait to find out what was going on at that zoo. Looking forward to part II.”
