Skye’s story
Skye Bassilth, a dragon/vampire hybrid, finds himself at what he believes to be the end of his life. Falling from the skies after nearly being killed by his mother and an Ugeite warrior who are out for his blood. For, one must die so another can be freed. Skye finds himself nearly dead in the cornfields just miles from a small town, ready to give up his life when he is found by a young woman. A young trained assassin and her father take Skye into their home and care for him. The young woman named Carmen and Skye start a strong bond while he is unconscious and more so when he awakens. They overcome obstacles together that would never be thought of with mortals and immortals. The love and friendship that they go through together will be what brings them closer, what in their lives would bring them down?
