The first months of the life of your baby are one of the most important things. This is the time when your toddlers discover the world. It is vital to give the kids the big amount of the care and the best diet.
From the 3.5-4 months, the toddler starts to prefer the vegetable food more than just breast milk. This is the perfect period to start adding the light vegetables and fruits such as cauliflower, apple, and broccoli in the children ratio.
