Lawlessness is the norm, and corruption is rampant. A lot of foreigners have dubbed this city one of the worst livable places on Earth.
Jackie Jamshed thinks they can go F themselves. For him, Dhaka is a dream come true. A place where a junkie con-man turned advertising professional could rake in sacks of money with the tiniest bit of effort. As long as he had the right idea, of course.
